Not A Supercar But Looks Like Fun

I know it's not a supercar, but this thing looks like a lot of fun.

Rolls Royce Silver Shadow Nostalgia

I saw one of these drive by yesterday and thought I must blog that! Back in the 1970s, the Silver Shadow was the definition of luxury vehicles. It was the car with which to swan around the rich suburbs. I's hardly what you'd calla super car, but luxury-wise, the Silver Shadow was king.

I can recall the self-satisfied smiles of the people driving these cars and used to think, is that fun? Well, since then I've learned something valuable. Life is a game where they keep score by counting money. The man or woman who dies with the most wins. But what is the fun if nobody knew?
The Roller solved that problem quick smart.
"You don't like this car? Well try owning one."
Those self-satisfied smiles. I'd love to be like that one day.

Koenigsegg CCXR

This is a monster of a car. Actually, it is a n eco-friendlier monster of a car in a line of monster cars.

I don't know what is more amazing, the guy who started the company or the car itself. Carl Erland Harald von Koenigsegg was only 22 when he launched his company with the backing of Volvo and Ford. We should all be so lucky.

1973 Posrche 911 Carrera

I've always liked cars, so it's time top blog cars. My favorite car since I was a kid was the 1973 Porsche 911 Carrera. Nothing else is like it. It's a unique vehicle in the history of cars. It's a little like Bruce Lee or Roger Fereder or something where you have one of that sort, and that's it.

The thing I like about the 1973 Porsche Carrera apart from the distinct styling is the way Posrche keep creating cars that are true to the 911 concept, but just push the bound
ary enough in to art. It's a splendid thing to behold. There are other cars, other super cars, other historic cars, but the 1973 Porsche Carrera does it for me.
